Founder
Savvy Boyd
LMT, Holistic Health Practitioner
I have chosen to become a licensed massage therapist, holistic health practitioner, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner to promote sovereignty and well-being through the healing of the mind, body, and soul. My mission is to empower individuals with a deeper understanding of their bodies, enabling them to identify and address the root causes of physical, mental, and emotional ailments from a holistic perspective.
Specializing in pain management, I strive to provide relief from acute and chronic pain by integrating therapeutic massage, energy healing, movement practices, and mindful techniques. I believe that pain is a complex experience that can be managed and alleviated by recognizing its interconnected physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.

Kristin Seegert, LMT
Kristin is a graduate of Adrian School of Massage. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on dance movement therapy from Columbia College Chicago. She loves spending time with her family and friends, making and enjoying art in many forms, traveling whenever possible, and learning new things. She began her journey in massage in 2023, hoping to help members of her family find pain relief and relaxation in their daily lives. Once that journey began, she felt a real calling to help more than just those closest to her. She loves the art of healing touch and being able to help people in any way she can. Massage therapy, combined with other approaches to holistic wellness, has become a new passion venture for her, and she is excited to join you on your healing path.
